Windy Renee Scott, 51,Elizabethton passed away Sunday, March 29, 2026 at her residence. She was born May 13, 1974 in Elizabethton. She was a graduate of Elizabethton High School, where she was in the High School Band, Attended ETSU and Virginia Tech. She was preceded in death by her father Steven Scott. Her Grandparents: Leona & Joe Scott and Lundy & Evadean Markland.

Survivors include her mother: Constance Markland Scott. Her Brother: Stephen Scott. Two Uncles: Rex and Stanley  Scott. The love of her life, her four legged furry buddy "Squizzles"

Graveside Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, April 3, 2026 in the Scalf Cemetery, Watauga. Active Pallbearers who are requested to assemble at the cemetery at 10:50 a.m. Friday will be: Stephen Scott, Joe Smith, Josh Smith and Jonathan Ralston.
