Wesley Eugene Holly, Sr., 77, Elizabethton, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2025 in the Franklin Woods Community Hospital. He was born March 28, 1948 in Elizabethton to the late Lawrence and Mary Whitaker Holly. He was a graduate of Unaka High School. Wes had been the Softball Coach at Milligan University for 38 years. He loved playing golf and softball. He was of the Baptist Faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister: Peggy Hardin , a son-in-law: Joe Campbell and a brother: Lawrence Holly, Jr.

Survivors include his children. Kim Campbell, Elizabethton, Wes Holly Jr & wife Tracy, Jonesborough and Robbie Holly & wife Paula, Elizabethton. Three Grandchildren: Brandon Little, Autumn Kyte, and Veronica Holly. One Great Grandchild: Cooper Kyte. Three Brothers: Darrell Holly & wife Linda, Gerald Holly & wife Gloria and Freddie Holly & wife Anita. Several nieces and nephews.

A Private Service to Celebrate the life of Wes will be conducted at a later date at Memorial Funeral Chapel with his brothers Darrell and Gerald Holly officiating. Music will be provided by Joel Crisp.
