Tina Renee Hardin, 61, Elizabethton, passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2026 in the Signature Health Care of Rogersville. She was born April 20, 1964 in Elizabethton to the late Ray Hardin & Gayla Graves Oxendine. She was a graduate of Elizabethton High School. She loved her church, Borderview Christian Church, loved to read and loved to collect Elvis and Garfield memorabilia. She also loved her cat "Tila".
Survivors include her sister: Jody Shipley and wife Laura. Her Step-Father: Maurice K. Graves, Jr. One Niece: Zoe Shipley. Several Cousins.
A Service to Celebrate the life of Tina will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 7, 2026 in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Mr. Scott Fisher, Minister officiating. Interment will follow in Happy Valley Memorial Park at a later date. Music will be by Scott Reynolds and Ray Don Markland. Honorary Pallbearers will be Scott Reynolds, Ray Don Markland, Chris Timmons, Steve Burrough, Wes Johnson, Adam Taylor, Joseph Greenwell and Greg Crowe. The family would like to express a special thank you to the Staff of Signature Health Care, Rogersville for the excellent care she received. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation, 202 Meadowview Parkway, Suite 100, Kingsport, Tenn. 37660 in honor and memory of her mother Gayla Graves.
