Timmy Blevins, 60, Elizabethton, passed away May 11, 2024 at his residence.. A native of Carter County, he was born July 8, 1963 to the late Sherrill Campbell and Julie Blevins. He was retired from the Carter County Highway Department. He loved fishing and working on cars. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother: Ricky Campbell and a sister-in-law: Sherry Campbell.

Survivors include his children: Angel (Teddy) Allara, Michael Davis, Delbert Davis, Timothy John Blevins and Jessie Carter. Ten Grandchildren: Ashton Blevins, Lexi Blevins, Alexis Preslor, Malachi Stout, Jaydyn Allara, Gunner Allara, Stella Allara, Emma Autumn, , and Isaiah Davis. Four Brothers: Ronnie (Patty) Blevins, Donnie (Jennie) Blevins, Mickey Campbell and Kevin (Robbin) Campbell. One Sister: Sally (Chuck) Waycaster. Also Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2024 In Memorial Funeral Chapel with Rev. Joe Searfoss officiating. Interment will follow in the Lyons Cemetery. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday prior to the service.
