Thomas Elbert Clemons, 63, Elizabethton, passed away Monday, March 2, 2026, in the Signature Health. He was born May 27, 1962, in Elizabethton. Thomas was a graduate of Happy Valley High School, East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor's Degree and the University of Tennessee with a Master's Degree in Education. In earlier years he was employed as a Lab Technician at Y 12 Oak Ridge. He loved being with his family, fishing, traveling especially when it was to the beach and working cross word puzzles. He was a member of West Side Christian Church. Thomas was preceded in death by his mother, Hazel Irick Clemons, who passed away February 29, 2024.

Survivors include his father: Coy Roger Clemons, Three Brothers: Tracy (Dawn) Clemons, Marc (Leann) Clemons and Scott (Devona) Clemons, Several nieces and nephews.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, March 7, 2026, in Happy Valley Memorial Park with Dr. Greg Key officiating. Active Pallbearers will be: Roger, Tracy, Marc and Scott Clemons, Andy Honeycutt and Johnny Browder.
