Teddy G. Colbaugh, 83, Elizabethton, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at his residence. He was a Carter County native and had served in the United States Army

Graveside Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 28, 2024 in Happy Valley Memorial Park with Mr. Michael Klause, Minister officiating. Active Pallbearers will be: Ben Colbaugh, Randy Colbaugh, Chase Baker, Rick Baker, Scott Hood, Patrick Johnson and Larry Street. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the donors church.
