Stevie Carl Phillips, 67, Elizabethton, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2024 at his residence. A native of Carter County, he was a son of the late Kelly Carl Phillips and Frankie Christine Ingram Phillips Morrell. He was a farmer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Anna Lee Phillips. He attended the Rivers Edge Church.

Survivors include his sons: Steve Phillips and Roberts Phillips. Two Step-Sons: Ralph Campbell and Johnny Richardson. One Sister: Teresa Head. Three Half Sisters: Cathy, Sandy and Janet. Four Brothers: Roy Phillips, Jerry Phillips, Scotty Morrell and Brian Morrell. Several nieces & nephews.

Graveside Services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, May 16, 2024 in the Buckles Cemetery with Rev. Jeremy Burleson, officiating. Active Pallbearers will be; Jerry Phillips, Brian Morrell, Greg Many, Derek Pearson, Lester Rutter and Scotty Morrell
