Steven Dale Williams , 62, Elizabethton passed away Friday, September 18, 2026 in the Johnson City Medical Center. He was born January 21, 1964 in Tallahassee, Florida to the late James Williams and Barbara Sue Tester Gryder. He had lived in Carter County for 40 years. He was a Construction Worker.

Survivors include his children: Steven Sue (Brianna) Williams and Megan (Russell) Vines. Four Grandchildren: Gianna, Giavanni, Gage and Annagrace. Two Sisters: Paula Gryder and Melissa (Chris) Andes.

It was his wish to be cremated and a service will be held at a later date.
