Mark Blevins, 64, Elizabethton, passed away Friday, February 6, 2026, in the Bristol Regional Hospital. He was born February 24, 1961, in Elizabethton to the late Orville Blevins and Ruby Bradshaw. He retired from Whitehead Construction Company. Mark was a former Commissioner from the 1st District of Carter County. He loved being with his family, going hunting and working in his garden, he also loved to watch Gun Smoke. Mark was a member of the Stoney Creek Primitive Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother: Timmy Blevins.

Survivors include his wife: Lida Bennett Blevins. Two Daughters: Katie Nicole Gibson and Mollie Marie (Shover) Blevins. Two Grandchildren, Mark Blevins and Brianna Blevins. Three Sisters: Bertha (Frankie) Davis, Sonja Blevins and Leshea Clark. One Brother: Bobby (Cathy) Blevins. Several nieces and nephews.

A receiving of friends will be held at Hope Primitive Baptist Church, 112 Douglas Shed Road, Gray from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, February 24, 2026, with a service beginning at 6 p.m. Condolences may be sent to the family at our web-site www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
