Stella Mae Bowers Brewer, 88, Elizabethton, passed away Friday, April 7, 2023 in the Christian Assisted Living, Johnson City. A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Luther & Flora Buckles Bowers. She was retired from the Tennessee Chair Factory. Mrs Brewer was a member of Blue Springs Christian Church. She was also a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Jack Brewer and four sisters and four brothers.

Survivors include her son & daughter-in-law: Jack & Yolanda Brewer, Elizabethton. Two Step-Grandchildren: Kayla Cross and Daniel Cross. Several nieces & nephews.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 11, 2023 in the Eastern Heights Cemetery, 431 Old Jonesborough Road, Bristol, Tennessee. Family and friends will assemble at the cemetery at 2:45 p.m. The family would like to express a special thank you to the nurses and care givers for the excellent care she received during her stay there.
