ELIZABETHTON  - Sherry Dean Perrigan, 75, passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at Ivy Hall Nursing Home.

Sherry was a member of Gap Creek Christian Church and lifelong resident of Carter County.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Noah and Delphia Turner.

Sherry is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Janet and Clifford Arnold, Elizabethton; a son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Lisa Perrigan, Elizabethton; five grandsons, Clinton Arnold, Josh Arnold, Stephen Perrigan, Michael Perrigan, Dustin Perrigan; a special granddaughter, Kaylee Perrigan; a great-granddaughter, Klarisa Perrigan, Jackson Arnold, Ryder Guinn, and Oaklynn Gobble; several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 – 6:00 PM on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at Memorial Funeral Chapel. A funeral service will be held at 6:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 3 at Turner Cemetery. Those wishing to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at the funeral home by 12:15 PM to go in procession.

Pallbearers will be Brian Perrigan, Dustin Guinn, Clinton Arnold, Dakota Gobble, Josh Arnold, and Trinity Allen. Honorary Pallbearer will be Clifford Arnold.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Memorial Funeral Chapel to help the family with the funeral expenses.
