Shelia Marie Myers, 60, Elizabethton, passed away Monday, February 9, 2026 at her residence. She was born June 28, 1965 in Elizabethton. Shelia was a graduate of Unaka High School. She was Secretary at Unaka Elementary School for several years. She loved flowers and loved to be on the Water. She was a member of New Liberty Free Will Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father Robert Carver and a brother: Jimmy Myers.

Survivors include her children: Shannon Shaffer and Angie, Dusty Shaffer and Kayla and Misty Gifford. Her Grandchildren: Jacob Shaffer, Jeremiah Shaffer , Anna Shaffer, Peyton Shaffer, Bella Gifford, Jackson Gifford, Lukis Shaffer, Carson Shaffer, Dusty Jr. Shaffer and Emma Brooke Shaffer.  Her Mother: Ida Mae Carver. One Brother: Tommy Bowers.
