Sheila Kay Hubbard, 58, Johnson City, passed away Saturday, December 9, 2023 at the Johnson City Medical Center. She was born June 26, 1965 to the late Charles Luther & Trula Dean Troxell Hubbard. Sheila was a graduate of Happy Valley High School. She loved gardening, yard work and her animals. She loved having a good time hanging out with friends.

Survivors include her sister: Sharon Hubbard. Two Brothers: Sammy (Jewell) Hubbard and Larry (Sonya) Hubbard. Four Nephews: Mack Hubbard, Mark Hubbard, Rick Hubbard, Daniel Hubbard and Glen Hubbard. Niece: Tammy Cox. Her beloved surviving pet dog "Piper" who will continue living with her sister Sharon.

It was her wish to be cremated. No services are planned.
