Selma Pauline Potter Dugger, 85, Elizabethton, passed away Monday, December 2, 2024 in the Johnson City Medical Center. A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Brown and Lilith Potter Lowe. She was a homemaker. She attended Hampton High School. She loved working in her flowers and visiting with her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Roy Allen Dugger and two sons: Jeff and Carl Guy. She was a member of Stone Mountain Baptist Church

Survivors include her grandchildren: Chad Guy, Ethan Guy, Renee Guy and Michelle Guy.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 12 Noon Saturday, December 7, 2024 in Memorial Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in the Stone Mountain Baptist Church Cemetery, Butler. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 12 noon Saturday prior to the service.
