Scotty Bruce Radford, 42, Johnson City, passed away Sunday, June 22, 2025 at his residence He was born September 25, 1982 in Elizabethton to the late Bruce & Debbie McKinney Radford. He was a graduate of Happy Valley High School where he played football and East Tennessee State University.. Scotty was a Graphic Designer. He loved music. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents: Rev. Erby & Louise McKinney and Curtis & Vorita Radford.

Survivors include his wife: Hilary Cartwright Radford. One Daughter: Ryleigh Renea Radford. Three Sisters: Michelle(Jason) Toombs, Sherri (Scott) Hyder and Penny Radford.  Also several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins.
