Sandra Merrlean Willis, 82, Hampton, passed away Friday, July 17, 2026 in the Sycamore Shoals Hospital. She was born August 1, 1943 in Hampton to the late Robert C. and Donna Campbell Bailey. Sandra was a graduate of Hampton High School. She was previously prior to her retirement employed at Levi Strauss and Texas Instruments. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother: Billy Campbell and a sister: Roma Estep. She loved horses. She was of the Church of God Faith.

Survivors include her sister: Teresa Norris of Hampton. Several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2026 in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Pastor Evan Fox officiating. Interment will follow in Happy Valley Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family will receive friends from 12 to 1 p.m. Wednesday prior to the service.
