Samantha Louise Berry, 71, Elizabethton, went home to be with her Lord, Thursday, January 15, 2026, in the Holston Valley Hospital. She was born July 27, 1954, in Elizabethton to the late Beryl & Clara Jane Ball Blevins. She was a graduate of Unaka High School. She was retired from Life Care Center of Gray. Samantha was a member of North Side Baptist Church where she had served as Secretary for several years, she also sang in the choir. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two Sons: Justin and Terry Berry and Two brothers: Ted & Richard Blevins.

Survivors include her husband of 36 years: James Berry. Two Children: Angel Berry and Kevin Crow. Seven Grandchildren and Six Great Grandchildren. Her Siblings: Pauletta Pierce, Wilma Martin, Edna Grindstaff, Terry Blevins and Jackie Blevins. Several nieces and nephews.
