Ruth Ann Cullop, 88, went home to her Lord on August 10th, 2026 at Ivy Hall Nursing Home. She was born in Carter County on March 29th, 1938 to the late Oscar Bowers and Myrtle Church Bowers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter Cindi Frazier Freeman, her grandson Austin Frazier, her brother, Howard Bowers and sisters, Billie Shell and Patty Swift.

Her surviving children are Bob Frazier, Jim Frazier (Jama) and Terry Frazier. Her surviving grandchildren are Startina Smith, Taran Hurley, Cody Hurley, Russell Frazier, Stephen Frazier, Riley Frazier and Dillon Frazier. She also had 3 great grandchildren.

Ruth Ann worked at American Air Filter for many years then in later years she was an Administrative Assistant in the department of the Occupational Therapy school at Milligan College, where she worked until her retirement.

She was a member of Borderview Christian Church where she was a member of the choir. Ruth Ann had a strong, beautiful voice and it was a real blessing to all who had the pleasure of listening her sing. Ruth Ann loved her friends and family dearly. One couldn't enter her home without receiving a big hug from her. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A Service to Celebrate the Life of Ruth will be conducted at 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at Borderview Christian Church. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Condolences may be sent to the family at our web-site www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
