Rustie Brandon Bare, 34, Johnson City, passed away Thursday, July 24, 2025 at the Sycamore Shoals Hospital. He was born July 2, 1991 in Elizabethton. Rustie was a graduate of Daniel Boone High School. He was a Construction Worker. He loved being with his friends, horseback riding, riding his motorcycle, and was a big animal lover. He was a member of the Fountain of Life Bible Church. He was preceded in death by his father: Ralph Richard Bare II.and his Grandmother: Wanda Elaine McKinney.

Survivors include his Mom & Dad: Teresa & Marshall Clark. Two Sisters: Brittany Slayton and Husband Matthew, and Tiffany Bare. Brother: Jacob Clark and wife Samantha and a brother: Adam Britt. His Maternal Grandparents: Jeff Allen & Lou McKinney, Maternal Grandfather: Lonnie Clark. His Nephews: Oliver Jude Slayton, Owen Maxwell Slayton and Daylen Humbard. Two Nieces: Nova'lei Goodine and Emma Ruth Clark.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 2, 2025 in the Piney Grove Free Will Baptist Church, 104 E. Lakeview Drive, Johnson City with Pastors Dexter Brummitt and Danny Osborne officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Piney Grove Church.. Graveside Service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday, August 3, 2025 in the Richardson Cemetery, Morgan Branch, Roan Mountain. Pallbearers will be selected from family members. Family and friends will assemble at the cemetery at 2:50 p.m. Sunday.
