Rowe S. Carr, 85, Elizabethton, passed away Saturday, April 5, 2025 in the Sycamore Shoals Hospital. He was born November 5, 1939 in Carter County, to the late Haskel & Vera Davis Carr. He was a retired Building Contractor. He loved hunting, fishing and camping. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years: Linda Humphrey Carr, Two Sisters: Mary Bullock and Evelyn Carver and one brother: Robert Carr.

Survivors include his Children: Jimmy Lee Carr & wife Jamie Kyte
Carr, Tina Carr Deaton and husband Justin and Kristie Carr Buchanan. Four Grandchildren; Austin Deaton, Landon Deaton, Olivia Carr and Gracelyn Buchanan. Three Brothers: Sherrill Carr, Junior Carr and Grady Carr and one sister: Vera Mae Carr.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 10, 2025 in Happy Valley Memorial Park with Pastor Kenny Lethcoe officiating.
