Rosetta Lee Lunceford, 68, Elizabethton, passed away Sunday, December 14, 2025, at her residence. She was born September 17, 1957, in Grundy, Virginia to the late Kermit and Alta Rose Witt Hinkle. She was a graduate of Elizabethton High School. She loved working with flowers and was a very talented florist had worked in flower shops for several years. Also, she loved making home arrangements for friends. Rosetta loved walking and play the piano. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son Jeremy Lee Hinkle and a brother: Kenny Hinkle. She was a member of Hope Baptist Church, Gray.

Survivors include her Husband: Jarrett Lunceford. Her Son: Alan Scott Hinkle. Two Sisters: Sherry Shelton and Sandra Parsons. Also, her fur baby "Peyton".

Graveside Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 18, 2025, at Dyson Grove Cemetery, Butler. With the Rev. Keith Browers and Rev. Chad Crawford officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family will receive friends from 12 until 1 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
