Ronald "Ronnie" Dale Barnes, 74, Johnson City, passed away on September 20, 2024, at the James H. Quillen Veterans Hospital. He was the son of the late Earnest and Hazel Elizabeth Rogers Barnes in Johnson City, TN. Ronnie was in the army and proudly served during the Vietnam Era.

Survivors include his special nephew Terry Lynn Ward and to nieces Karen Ingram and Donna Ward all of Elizabethton, TN.
