Rona Eugenia Turbyfill, 71, Elizabethton, passed away Sunday, August 20, 2023 in the Johnson City Medical Center after an extended illness. A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Conley Franklin, Sr. and Elvina Wright Franklin. She loved her family and her pets. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Dean Turbyfill and several brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her sons: Joshua (Samantha) Turbyfill and Eddie Dean Turbyfill. Three Grandchilden: Logan Rasnake, Bella Turbyfill and Jackson Killion. Two Sisters: Sandra Grindstaff and Jackie Martin. One Brother: Danny (Kristi) Martin.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday, August 25, 2023 in Happy Valley Memorial Park. Burial will follow the service. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.
