Roma Lewis Smith, 78, Johnson City went to be with the Lord on February 03, 2025. She was born on August 10, 1946 and was a 1965 graduate of Unaka High School. She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Ruth Wright Lewis; one brother, Robert Lee Lewis; and one nephew Travis Lynn Whitaker. Roma loved the sing at nursing homes with JC Honeycutt and Friends. She was a former member of Pleasant Beach Baptist Church. Later she joined Rich Acrc FWB Church.

Roma is survived by her husband Lawerence (Pat ) Smith; two sons: Mark Smith and Todd Smith; two sisters: Patsy (Bernard) Leonard and Janice (David) Whitaker; one brother: Gordon (Rose) Lewis; sister-in-law, Judy Lewis; and brothers-in-laws: Ivan (Brenda) Smith, Bud (Joanne) Smith, and Lonnie (Rose) Smith and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside Service will be conducted at Happy Valley Memorial Park at 11 a.m. Friday, February 7, 2025 with Pastor Kenneth Grindstaff Officiating. "Sweet and Loving Pastor." . Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Family and friends will assemble at the cemetery at 10:45 a.m. Friday.
