Roma Carroll Estep, 84, Hampton, passed away Friday, January 17, 2025 in the Sycamore Shoals Hospital. A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Donna Campbell Bailey. She was a homemaker. She loved to go fishing with her husband. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother: Bill Campbell.

Survivors include her husband of 65 years: Larry Estep. Six Children: Debra Shaw and husband Thomas, Lisa Payne and husband James, Jerry Estep and his girl friend: Peggy Cable, Kimberly Ward and husband David, Bryan Estep and girl friend Karen and Leslie Estep. Nine Grandchildren, Eleven Great Grandchildren and one Great Great Grandson: Rowan. Two Sisters: Sandra Willis and Teresa Norris, One Brother: Allen Bailey and wife Marie. Several Nieces & Nephews.

Funeral Services will be conducted at Memorial Funeral Chapel on Saturday, February 01, 2025 at 12 p.m..  Interment will be in the Bailey Cemetery, Hampton following the service. Active Pallbearers will be: Thomas Shaw, Bill Trent, Anthony Cable, Thomas Reinhart, Bill Bowling and Muhammed Hitones. The family will receive friends from 10a.m.- 12 p.m. prior to the service.
