Robert Floyd Miller, 78, Elizabethton, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2026, at the Johnson City Medical Center. He was born December 03, 1947, in Elizabethton to the late Floyd and Kathleen Campbell Miller. He was a retired Crain Operator with Elizabethton Herb & Metal and later Omni Source. He loved working on cars. He was a member of Beck Mountain Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years: Tonia Fair Miller. His God Son: Paul Myers & wife Rhonda. His Grandchildren: Nick, Garrett and Jesse Myers. One Great Grandchild: Alayah. Also, Nephews Jimmy (Tanty) Shelton and their daughter, Annalise, Rick (Betty) Walker, Ronnie and Donnie Merritt;  Niece, Lisa  (Tom) Buck; Brother: Tony Miller and Step-Grandsons: Josh (Brooke) Hinkle and their children: Jordan, Jamie and Jenny Grace; Jason (Connor) Hinkle and their daughter Charlie.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, March 19, 2026, in Happy Valley Memorial Park with Pastor Ronnie Campbell officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
