Robert Wayne Edwards, 59, Elizabethton, passed away Friday October 24, 2025. He was born September 4, 1966 in Washington, D.C.. He had lived most of his life in Carter County. He was a graduate of Hampton High School and attended East Tennessee State University. He was a Dry Wall Hanger. He loved to go hiking and bowling and playing picketball with his son, Caleb.  He was preceded in death by his father: Ed Edwards and a Grandson: Haven Ethan Edwards, and his step-father: Charles Owens

Survivors include his son: Caleb Ethan Edwards. Two Grandchildren: Uriah James Edwards and Gracie Renee Freeman. His Mother : Ella Owens. A Brother: Charles Hunter Owens, One Sister; Diane Moody and One Niece; Callie Moody.
