Richard Lee Lacy, II, 53, of Atlanta, GA passed away unexpectedly October 08, 2023 at his home. Richard grew up in Johnson County, TN. He graduated form Johnson County High School with honors. He went on to Memphis State University and then to the University of Florida where he received a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Advertising. Richard went on to work for Disney Scripps Network out of Knoxville. His Last employment was with Warner Brothers Discovery, where he was SVP and Global Creative Director. Richard loved to travel and collect art. Richard was preceded in death by his mother, Geraldine Clark Lacy and his father, Richard Lacy, Sr. and also by his maternal grandparents: Gladys and Jess Clark and by his paternal grandparents: Bill and Georgia Culler.

He is survived by two brothers: Rick (Rosetta) Ingram, Unicoi and Mike (Marcella) Ingram of Elizabethton. One sister: Kelly (Tim) Bresnahan, Ohio. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nephew, nieces and cousins. He is also survived by special friend, Vikki Neil McDonald of Knoxville. He had many friends and co-workers in the Knoxville and Atlanta Area.

A Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 2 p.m. at Rittertown Baptist Church Cemetery, with Pastor Mark Street, officiating. Music will be provided by Joel Street.
