Phillip Cawood Campbell, 76, Elizabethton, passed away, Thursday December 18, 2025, in the Sycamore Shoals Hospital. A native of Carter County, he was a son of the late Clyde "Fudd" & Arlene Carden Campbell. He was a graduate of Elizabethton High School. He was retired from Dixie Glass, Johnson City. He loved to hunt and fish.

He was a member of Siam Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 55 years: Kay Edwards Campbell. Two Children: Lisa (Doug) Harold and Phillip Shane Campbell. Three Grandchildren: Millie Campbell, Abram Campbell and Elijah Campbell.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 24, 2025, in Happy Valley Memorial Park with Pastor Brian Holloway officiating. Active Pallbearers who are requested to assemble at the funeral home at 10:20 a.m. Wednesday will be: Elijah Campbell, Doug Harold, Gary Jenkins, Gary Edwards, John Edwards, and Charlie Edwards, Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 10:20 a.m. Wednesday to go in procession to the cemetery.
