Paul Henry Stout, 89, Johnson City, entered into his eternal rest on September 3, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his family. Paul was born on January 4, 1936, to the late James Willis and Viola Myra Greene Stout in Johnson County, Tn., then as a child he moved to Carter County where he spent the remainder of his life.

Paul retired from the Washington County Highway Department where he was employed for many years as a mechanic. He also enjoyed farming and fishing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Floyd and David also three infant brothers and four sisters: Rosa, Nina Ruth, Geneva and Evelyn.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife of 66 years: Joyce Roberts Stout, One Son: Tony Stout and wife Barbara, One Daughter: Brenda Stout White and husband Bill. One Brother: Darrell, 16 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Several nieces, nephews and friends.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 6, 2025, in the Stout Family Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Grandchildren. Family and friends will assemble at the cemetery at 9:50 a.m. Saturday. Condolences may be sent to the family at our web-site www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
