Patsy Lee Miller, 79, Elizabethton, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2026 at her residence. Patsy was born January 15, 1947 in Elizabethton to the late Millard Jackson & Cora Lee Oaks Hicks. She was a graduate of Hampton High School. She loved to travel and was a member of Union Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers: Timothy Hicks, Jimmy “Sam” Hicks and Steve Hicks.

Survivors include her husband of 54 years: Estill Lee Miller. Three Children: Gretchen Miller, Jessica Miller and Estill Lee Miller II and Jeff Caudill. One Niece; Crystal Culbertson, One Nephew: David Hicks and her sister-in-law: Cleo Hicks.
