Patricia Ann Scalf, 81, Bluff City, went to be with her Lord Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at the Johnson City Medical Center. She was born November 4, 1944 to the late John Henry and Lola Hodges Bullock. She along with her husband had served as a custodian at their church. She loved to quilt, was an avid reader, enjoyed her cell phone and most of all she loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She loved her church that she had attended her entire life, Bunker Hill Christian Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers.
Survivors include her husband of 64 years: Donald Scalf. Two Daughters & Sons-in-Law: Roya and Ernest Blankenship and Laryssa and Mike Hubbard. Four Grandchildren: Isaac Bunten, Matt Bunten and wife Alisha, Kamryn Conover and husband Billy and Ryan Blankenship and wife Holden. Six Great Grandchildren: Lily Bunten, Caylin Bunten, Greyson Bunten, Mitchell Bunten, Callan Conover and Bentley Blankenship. One Sister: Mary Perry. Several Nieces and Nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 6 p.m. Sunday, June 21, 2026 in the Bunker Hill Christian Church with Mr. Grant Foster and Mr. Jon Guy, Ministers officiating. Graveside Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, June 22, 2026 in the Mountain Home National Cemetery (Historic Section). Active Pallbearers who are requested to assemble at the church at 5:50 p.m. Sunday also at the cemetery at 10:45 a.m. Monday will be: Isaac Bunten, Matt Bunten, Mike Hubbard, Ryan Blankenship, Denny Scalf, Tommy Scalf, Ernest Blankenship and Arlen Perry. Honorary Pallbearers will be her church family. The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. Sunday prior to the service at the church. Family and friends will assemble at the cemetery at 10:45 a.m. Monday at the cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at our web-site www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
