Pamela Delores Blevins, 59, Elizabethton, passed away Friday, November 8, 2024 in the Johnson City Medical Center. She was born August 3, 1965 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Dewey & Eula Mae Lyons Woodby. She had lived in Carter County for several years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son: Benjamin Diamond, Brother: Sammy Woodby and two Sisters: Ann Woodby and Henrietta Wells.

Survivors include her husband: Eddie Blevins. Two Children; Amy Nagy—Peter Varga and Jonathan Diamond. One Grandson; Benjamin Nagy. One Sister:
Bobbie Woodby.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 12, 2024 in Memorial Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in the Lyons Cemetery. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.
