Norma Paulette Buckles, 81, Elizabethton, passed away Monday, April 14, 2025 at her residence. She was born October 20, 1943 in Elizabethton to the late Anderson and Veulah Nidiffer Stout. She was a graduate of Unaka High School. She had lived a number of years in Douglasville, Georgia before returning to Elizabethton. She was an excellent seamstress. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Garrett Burns and a brother, Virgil Stout.

Survivors include Two Sons: Gary (Carol) Buckles and Tony (Debbie) Buckles. A Sister: Jean Parlier. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, April 21, 2025 in the Ensor Cemetery. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.
