Mickey Allen Carr, 75, Bluff City, passed away Saturday, May 9, 2026 in the Holston Valley Medical Center. He was born July 1, 1950 in Elizabethton to the late Vestal Clarence and Georgia Lee Booher Carr. He was a 1969 graduate of Sullivan East High School and attended Bristol Commercial College. Mickey served in the United States Army from 1970 to 1972 during the Vietnam Era where he received a Purple Heart. He was retired from Tennessee Eastman, Kingsport. He loved fishing, flea marketing , and most of all he loved baseball and the New York Yankees. He was a member of Bunker Hill Christian Church.

Survivors include his daughter; Melanie (Robby) Robbins, Easley, South Carolina. One Sister: Phyllis Maines and One Brother: Jeffery Carr. Several nieces and nephews and two grand-dogs, Memphis and Presslie.

It was his wish to be cremated.
