Michael Perry Campbell, 76, Johnson City, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2023 in the Johnson City Medical Center. A native of Carter County, he was a son of the late Lloyd & Mary Bise Campbell. He was a graduate of Hampton High School. Michael served in the United States Navy. Michael was a former employee of The Raytheon Corporation and retired from Bell Helicopter, Piney Flats. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother: Wayne Campbell.

Survivors include his wife of 41 years: Vickie Crawford Campbell. One Step-Son: John Larkin, a Step-Grandson: Corey Cordell, A Step-Granddaughter: Micaela Larkin. His Brothers: Jeff (Nancy) Campbell, Eorrol (Helen) Campbell and Rand Campbell. His Sister: Jane (Danny) Storey. Several nieces and nephews.

Graveside Service for family and close friends will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, February 13, 2023 in Happy Valley Memorial Park with his brother, Pastor Jeff Campbell officiating. Burial will follow the service. Active Pallbearers will be: John Larkin, Corey Cordell, Micaela Larkin, Jesse Davila-Gonzalez, Jessica Campbell and Jennifer Barrett. Family and friends will assemble at the cemetery at 1:50 p.m. Monday. Military Honors will be provided by the Veterans Honor Guard DAV 39, Bluff City.
