Margaret Ann Grindstaff Bobbitt, 79, Elizabethton, passed away Monday, June 12, 2023 at her residence. A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Ralph & Virginia Williams Grindstaff. She was employed at Ivy Hall Nursing Home for several years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two Sisters: Lorraine Lippard and Frances Deloach. She was a member of Charity Hill Free Will Baptist Church.

Survivors include Three Children: Terry Bobbitt, Larry Bobbitt and Tracy (Brian) Hopson. Four Grandchildren: Amanda Greene, Kayla Jimenez, Solita Davis and Breana Davis. Three Great Grandchildren: Sullivan Greene, Finley Greene and Easton Davis. Four Brothers: Rev. Carl Grindstaff, Rev. Paul Ray (Sherry) Grindstaff, Lester (Patricia) Grindstaff and Sammy (Melissa) Grindstaff. One Sister: Louise (Estill) Shelby.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, June 16, 2023 in the Deloach Cemetery with her Brothers: Rev. Paul Ray Grindstaff and Rev. Carl Grindstaff officiating. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Family and friends will assemble at the cemetery at 1:45 p.m. Friday.
