Lois Jean Foster Kiser Donnelly, 91, Elizabethton, passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at Signature Health Center. She was born July 8, 1934 in Coeburn, Virginia to the late Lindsey Reliford & Ida Maples Foster. She had lived in Michigan for several years where she had worked as a Custodian and worked in the Jewelry Department of Kmart. She had lived in Tennessee for several years. She loved to sing having sung in a quartett, loved to quilt, crochet and work in her flowers. She was a member of South Side Free Will Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband Edd Kiser, her 2nd husband William Donnelly, a son Enoch, a son: William Kiser, a granddaughter: Sarah Wilcox, six brothers and three sisters.

Survivors include Her Sons: Jack (Rita) Kiser, James (Teresa) Kiser. A Step-Son: Mike Donnelly, a Step-Daughter: Lisa Broome, Several grandchildren and great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild, also several nieces and nephews

A Service to Celebrate the life of Lois will be conducted at 7 p.m. Friday, March 13, 2026 in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Pastor Jeremy Burleson and Pastor Steve Burleson officiating. Graveside Service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 14, 2026 in the Greenwood Cemetery, Coeburn, Virginia with her son James Kiser doing the service. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday prior to the service. Music will be provided by her nieces.
