Linda Ann Clark Vance, age 101, Bristol, Tenn. passed away Sunday, October 19, 2014 in the Pine Ridge Care Center. A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Henry & Mattie Tolley Clark. Mrs. Vance was a homemaker. She also loved to sew. She was a Free Will Baptist. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Tilson Tolley, her 2nd husband Jim Vance, Two Daughters: Ruth Tolley and Margie McClellan, two sons: Lewis Tolley and C.J. Tolley and seven brothers and sisters.
Survivors include Two Daughters: Ruby Ellison and husband Albert, Hampton and Lovie Tolley, Elizabethton. One Son: Earnest D. Tolley and wife Roxie of Bristol. Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and great great great grandchildren...
Funeral Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Gary Whitehead officiating. Interment will follow in the Clark-Tolley Cemetery, Fairview Section,( Simerly Creek). Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.
