Larry Wayne Widener, Sr., 56, Elizabethton, passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2024at his residence. He was born July 11, 1968 in Bristol, Tennessee to the late Waymon Widener & Judy Johnson Degarmo. He was a construction worker. He loved fishing and bird watching. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his twin brother Gary Widener. He was of the Pentecostal Faith.

Survivors include his wife: Barbara Morrell Widener. Two Children: Sabrina Widener and Larry Widener, Jr. One Grandson: Troy Morton. One Sister: Angela Gentry, One Brother: Billy Degarmo.

It was his wish to be cremated and services will be planned for a later date.
