Lahkia Michelle Gudger, 26, Elizabethton, passed away Monday, April 24, 2023 in the Vanderbilt Hospital, Nashville. She was born in Johnson City but had lived her life in Elizabethton. She was a former employee of Gr e ystone Health Care.

Survivors include her parents: David & Tracy Grindstaff. One Daughter, Bexley Puckett. Two Sisters: Whitley Grindstaff and Cora Grindstaff. One Brother: Micah Hunt. Grandparents: Les & Barbara Grindstaff and Peggy & Leonard Buckles.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, April 28, 2023 in the Smith Family Cemetery (Nave Hollow Loop) with Pastor Sherrill Nave officiating. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 10:20 a.m. Friday to go in procession to the cemetery.
