Kimberly Eileen Johnson Ingram passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at Vanderbilt Hospital where she has battled cancer for the past 10 years.

She was born on September 23, 1960, in Elizabethton, TN to the late Gordon and Violet Lyons Johnson. She was a Hampton High School graduate of 1978.

She loved to Crochet and she made blankets for all the grandkids and great grandkids and family. She also loved to paint. She spent the last 20 + years working as a Head Start Assistant with Carter County Schools. She would also worked at Hunter Produce with her husband.

She is survived by her husband Estill Ingram of 42 years.

Her Children Richard (Misty), Sonya, Anthony & Sam

Stepchildren Wendy (Bobby) & Stacey

Grandchildren- Allen, Seth (Victoria), Jackson, Myrissa, Allison (PJ), Kylie & Eva. Great Grandkids-Elaina, Amia, Mason & Jackson

She is also survived by her brother Tim Johnson and sister Angie(Rocky) Davenport. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Her very close friends Paula Hall & Misty Hammitt.

A Service to Celebrate the life of Kimberly will be conducted at 7 p.m. Saturday, May 2, 2026 in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Pastor Steve Waycaster officiating. The Eulogy will be given by Stacey Ingram .The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home prior to the service. The family would like to express a special thank you to the staff of Vanderbilt Hospital for their excellent work.
