Karen Renee Pilkton, 61, Elizabethton, passed away Saturday, August 30, 2025 in the Johnson City Medical Center. She was born May 1, 1964 in Johnson City to the later William Frank and Barbara McQueen Pilkton. She was a graduate of Elizabethton High School. Karen had lived in Tampa, Florida for several years where she was in the Restaurant Business before returning to Elizabethton. She loved working in her flowers and doing yard work. She was a member of Oak Street Baptist Church.

Survivors include her Aunts: Wanda Robinson, Ruth Walsh and Mildred of Ohio. One Uncle: Dean Pilkton. Her black & white dog and best friend "Two Tone". Also her many friends that loved her.

It was her wish to be cremated and to be entombed in Happy Valley Memorial Park.
