Judy Diane Duvall Oliver, 75, Elizabethton, went home to be with her Lord, Monday, July 6, 2026 at the Sycamore Shoals Hospital. She was born November 28, 1950 in Elizabethton to the late Ralph Duvall and Elsie Shaw Duvall Miller. Judy was a graduate of Hampton High School. She was retired from Siemens in Johnson City. She loved spending time with her family, camping and reading. Judy was a member of Lynn Valley Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Oliver and Two Brothers: Richard and Archie Duvall.

Survivors include one Daughter and Son-In-Law: Karyn and Scott Greene. Three Grandchildren: Benjamin Ellis, Andrew Ellis, Charity (Jacob) Wright. One Brother: Elwood (Beulah) Duvall. Two Sisters: Lynn Ann (Laverne) Banner and Linda Duvall. Several nieces and nephews. Her special friends: Gene Hubbard and Judy & Jim Young.

A Service to Celebrate the life of Judy will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 11, 2026 in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Pastor Kenneth Jordan and Pastor Doug Hartley officiating. Interment will follow in Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active Pallbearers will be: Benjamin Ellis, Andrew Ellis, Jacob Wright, Sam Grindstaff, Brian Duvall and Gary Southerland. Honorary Pallbearers will be her church family, Michael Banner, Mark Banner, Kenny Nave, Rick Duvall and Greg Duvall. The family will receive friends from 12 to 1 p.m. Saturday prior to the service.
