Joyce Lois Sneed, 93, Unicoi, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2025 at the residence of her daughter, Shirley Stevens. She was born January 31, 1932 in Unicoi County to the late Charlie & Adaline Davis Smith. She was a homemaker. She loved working in her garden, flowers and loved to travel. In addition to here parents, she was preceded in death by her son: Bobby Allen Sneed.

Survivors include her children: Shirley Stevens & husband Travis and Terry Dean Sneed. Three Grandchildren: Andrew Stevens & wife Alexus, Haley Ward & husband Chris and Catarina Jones & husband Tyler. One Sister: Shirley Miller Bailey. A Niece who was like a daughter to her, Katina Head & husband Bobby. A special nephew: Ricky Smith. A special niece: Mildred Morton.  Her special friends: Mike & Pat Teague.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday,. August 1, 2025 in the Woodby Hill Cemetery. Active Pallbearers will be: Travis Stevens, Andrew Stevens, Bobby Head, Scott Simerly, Dale Stevens and Ricky Smith. Family and friends will assemble at the cemetery at 12:50 p.m. Friday.
