Joshua A. Meyer, 39, Blountville, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2023 in the Bristol Regional Hospital. He was born September 6, 1984 in Wichita  Falls, Texas. He had lived in Tennessee for Seventeen years. Joshua was a beloved stay at home dad. He was an avid sportsman especially the Atlanta Braves and The Cowboys. He played football and baseball in High School. He attended the First Presbyterian Church of Elizabethton.

Survivors include his wife: Jessica McInturff Meyer. Four Children: Kira Meyer, Kielynn Meyer, Kaysen Meyer and Caylum Meyer. His Mother: Darla Meyer. One Brother: Chance Meyer. One Uncle: Roy Meyer and wife Jennifer. Several Nieces & Nephews.

A Service to Celebrate the life of Joshua will be conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday, November 4, 2023 in Memorial Funeral Chapel. The family would like to express a special thank you to the employees of Colonial Hill Retirement Center and family and friends for the love and support shown to them during his illness. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help with finances. The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 p.m. Saturday prior to the service.
