Joshua Robert Huskins, 40, Hampton passed away Thursday, May 14, 2026 in Vanderbilt University, Nashville. He was born October 10, 1985 in Johnson City. Joshua was a graduate of Unicoi County High School. He was a Mechanic and loved to work on cars. He was preceded in death by his father Robert Huskins.

Survivors include his wife: Colleen Peters Huskins. Two Daughters: Jailyn Huskins and Jolene Sheets. One Grandson: Grayson Baker. His Mother: Lesa Harris Huskins. One Sister: Leeann Weems.

Funeral Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, May 18, 2026 in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Pastor Gary Whitehead officiating. Interment will follow in the Brownlow- Tolley Cemetery. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family would like to express a special thank you to the staff of Vanderbilt University Hospital, family and friends for all their care he received. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday prior to the service.
