Jennifer Lynn Rosenbaum, 45, Elizabethton, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2023 in the Life Care Center of Elizabethton. She was a native of Carter County. Jennifer graduated from  Elizabethton High School. She loved to watch Video Games. Jennifer was preceded in death by her mother: Linda Bowers, One Sister: Judy Bowers and her Grandparents: Monroe & Elizabeth Bowers.

Survivors include her sister: Callie Morgan & Husband Tim, Elizabethton. One Brother: Jeff Rosenbaum, Elizabethton. Several nieces, nephews, aunts & uncles, and her four legged friend: Scrappy.

Graveside Services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday, November 17, 2023 at the Pearl Bowers Cemetery with Pastor Tim Tapp officiating. Active Pallbearers who are requested to assemble at the funeral home at 2 p.m. Friday will be: Tim Morgan, Chris Morgan, Johnny Price, Chris Birchfield, Tony Bowers, Larry Hicks, Leyland Morgan and Brian Cable. The family would like to express a special thank you to her care giver Donna Britt for all the love and care shown to her during her sickness and the staff of Life Care Center.
