Obituary

Jennie Lee Crowe, 74, Elizabethton went to be with her L ord, Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at Sycamore Shoals Hospital. She was born June 14, 1951 in Elizabethton to the late John & Frances McKinney Carver. She was retired from the Alemite Corporation. Jennie loved to sing and in earlier years she sang with a quartet, she loved to read her Bible and loved to go fishing with her husband. She was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church, Elizabethton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter: Angela Tilson, a step-son: Gregory Adam Crowe, three brothers: James, Jerry and Johnny Carver and three sisters: Josie Holder, Jewel Canter and Joyce Miller.

Survivors include her husband of 43 years: Greg Crowe. One Daughter: Gina O'Quinn, a second   daughter she never had, Tracie Linda. One Granddaughter: Tiffany Saults, Two Great Grandsons: Tyler Lewis and his girl friend Autumn and Colton Saults. Two Sisters: Jacquline Dugger and Judy Jeffers, Several nieces and nephews including a special nephew: Dustin Arnett. Her special Grand Fur Baby "Baby Girl."

A Service to Celebrate the life of Jennie will be conducted at 7 p.m. Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at Memorial Funeral Chapel with Pastor Nathan Jennings officiating. The eulogy will be gived by Mike Cameron. Graveside Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at Mountain Home National Cemetery (Historic Section). Active Pallbeares who are requested to assemble at the cemetery at 10:50 a.m. Wednesday will be: Greg Crowe, Tyler Lewis, Colton Saults, Tim Carver, Danny Carver, and Denny Carver. Honorary Pallbearers will be her church family. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl.. Memphis, Tenn. 38101-990 or Shriners Hospital for Children, 950 W. Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605-4255. The family would like to express a special thank you to Dr. Craig Matherne and nurse Ginger. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home prior to the service. Condolences may be sent to the family at our web-site www.memorialfcelizabethton.com. Family and friends will assemble at the cemetery at 10:50 a.m. Wednesday.
