Jeffrey Lynn Sharpe

Jeff Sharpe, 63, Butler, passed away in his sleep Wednesday morning, June 17, 2026, after a 12 year battle with cancer. He was born January 18, 1963 in West Chester, PA. Jeff served in the United States Air Force. He was a bluegrass lover, side by side riding enthusiast, and a loyal husband, father, son, brother and friend. He spent many years at Shirley’s Restaurant cooking, managing, and his favorite thing: interacting with guests. Jeff is proceeded in death by his brother Forrest Sharpe and his father Grant Sharpe. He was a member of Little Milligan Baptist Church.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife Angie Sharpe; daughter, Kaylyn Sharpe; son, Austin Murray and his mother Shirley Sharpe. He also leaves behind many cherished friends and family who he loved so much.

A Service to Celebrate the Life of Jeff will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 20, 2026 in the Little Milligan Baptist Church with Pastor Sammy Icenhour officiating. Music will be provided by Chris & Melissa Mathes, The Bob Mink Band and the Little Milligan Baptist Church Choir. The family will receive friends from 12 to 1 p.m. Saturday prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Little Milligan Baptist Church, 4223 US 321, Butler, Tenn. 37640.
